With so many really bad things going on in the world and during these poor economic times, so many people are relying on medication and other unorthodox remedies to help them handle their situations better.
Many have lost faith in themselves.

We have to find ways to feel better while being forced to start over. Depending on the age groups, some people are afraid of starting over for fear of discrimination, the inability to keep up with the demands of modern technology. Some people just start to underestimate their ability to be just as good as they ever were regardless of where they are.

For example, my husband who is middle-aged, has had several bad experiences with past employment. He is a skilled technician that has been laid off four times in the last six years due to this turbulent economy. He is a wonderful husband and father to our 2 children regardless of the stress and rejection he has encountered.

Not knowing where our next meal is going to come from or how we will be able to pay our bills, he remains strong, positive and faithful that another opportunity will knock sooner than later in order to help change the course of our lives.

If this unfortunate situation unwillingly happens to you, remain focused, positive and faithful that things will change. Try to go the "Stress Free" route. Bring out the old bag of tricks and take up an interesting hobby. Spend more time analyzing yourself, getting to the heart of you. If your cash flow permits; take a class or even volunteer your services to a worthy cause.

It all helps to keep your mind stimulated and prepares you for the next chapter of your life. Keep your focus, remain positive and smile.
